Care Information

Want to know how to care for your new latex garment, below are some handy tips;

​

  • Take care when opening the box of your new garment to avoid damage.

  • Avoid contact with sharp objects, particularly sharp nails when putting the garment on, we also advise to remove jewellery before putting the garment on.

  • Before polishing or wearing your new garment, please gently wash it in warm water (preferably mixed with latex cleaner) this will remove the talc we put on the garment to protect it during transit.

  • Use talcum powder or specific latex dressing aid to help you put on your new garment easier.

  • Polish your latex garment with a latex polish available to purchase in our store.

  • After wearing your garment, please wash your latex in luke-warm water,

  • Store your garment in a dark place, the UV light from the sun will cause damage to your latex, when storing please do not fold or use metal hangers, plastic or wood hangers are perfect for this.

  • Do not store white colours along side coloured garments as this can cause stains.

  • Please be aware that Latex Couture Ltd's garments are not suitable for people with allergies and Latex Couture Ltd take no responsibility for this. If you find you have a reaction to latex please remove it immediately and seek medical advice.

Terms and Conditions

Production

All items are made to order. Production times can vary between 2 and 6 weeks. If you need an item/outfit for a specific date, please contact us to let us know and we will do our best to get it to you on time.

 

Delivery

Delivery times vary, and can take up to 2 weeks depending on your location and type of postage.

​

Delivery is free in the UK for order over £100, under £100 it's £3 and is provided by Royal Mail and for all UK orders it will be shipped 1st Class Signed For. 

  

Packaging

All items we send are coated with a layer of talc, please read the Care Information on the top of this page for instructions on how to remove this, we apply this layer to help protect the garments from damage during transit. We shall wrap your garment in tissue paper and ship out in a brown large letter box, or larger if multiple items are ordered.

 

Payment

Payments are to be made through our website, we can provide invoices for large/custom orders.
